What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and any preferences you share (e.g. which features matter most to you). If you use the planner, your data (tasks, budget, goals, etc.) is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. We do not have access to your planner data unless you explicitly share it.

How we use your data

Email addresses are used solely to send you updates about FocusFlow Planner — product launches, feature updates, and early access invitations. We send a maximum of 2 emails per month. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where data is stored

Planner data is stored locally on your device in your browser's localStorage. It is not transmitted to our servers. Waitlist data and account information is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure in the UK/EU region. We use Cloudflare Workers and KV for authentication.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie (ff_session) for authentication when you log in to the planner. This cookie is essential for the service to work and is not used for tracking or advertising. No third-party analytics or tracking cookies are used.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. You can delete your planner data at any time by clearing your browser storage (Settings > Clear Data in the planner). You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us. Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

Data security

All connections use HTTPS encryption. Authentication tokens are stored securely using Cloudflare KV with HttpOnly cookies. We follow industry best practices for data protection.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
