Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FocusFlow Planner ("the Service"), operated by Connect and Flow Group Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), registered in England and Wales. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

FocusFlow Planner is a digital planning tool that helps you manage your budget, schedule, goals, meals, fitness, outfits, and mood. The Service is provided as a Progressive Web App (PWA) hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure.

2. Eligibility

FocusFlow Planner is intended for users aged 18 and over. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly provide the Service to anyone under 18, and we may suspend or terminate any account we believe belongs to a person under 18.

3. Accounts & Access

To access the planner, you must purchase access through our payment provider (Stripe) and verify your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under your login.

You must provide a valid email address. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account.

4. Pricing & Payment

FocusFlow Planner offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly subscription (£6.99/month) — full access to all features, billed monthly.
• Annual subscription — £59.88/year (web) or £59.99/year (Apple) — full access to all features, billed annually. Best value. The small difference reflects the fixed price tiers available on each platform.

Subscriptions can be purchased through our website at focusflowplanner.app via Stripe, or through the App Store via Apple In-App Purchase. All payments are processed securely. Prices are in GBP (£).

If you subscribe via Apple In-App Purchase, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your Apple subscription in your device Settings under your Apple ID.

5. Founding Members

The first 14 "founding" testers receive free access to the planner — no subscription fee — locked in for life. Founding member status is non-transferable and limited to 14 accounts.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time — through Stripe (web) or via your Apple ID settings (App Store). Upon cancellation:

• You will have a 7-day grace period to download/export your data.
• After the grace period, access to the cloud-hosted planner will be revoked.
• You retain ownership of any data you have exported and may use a locally saved copy offline.

If you subscribed through our website (Stripe) and are unsatisfied within 30 days of your first purchase, contact us for a refund. If you subscribed through Apple, refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policy.

7. Your Data

Your planner data is stored locally on your device. When sync is enabled, data is stored (encrypted) on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We do not sell your personal planner data or use it for advertising. If you choose to use our optional AI features, some of your data is sent to third-party AI services (Cloudflare Workers AI and, for voice notes, Groq) to generate responses — only with your consent, and never to train models or for advertising. You retain full ownership of any data you enter into the planner. We do not claim any rights to your content.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the planner
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service

9. Intellectual Property

The FocusFlow Planner, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Connect and Flow Group Ltd. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the planner for your own purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the planner without our written consent.

10. Availability & Updates

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.

The Service is currently in early access. Features may change, be added, or be removed as we develop the product based on user feedback.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connect and Flow Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
