Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FocusFlow Planner ("the Service"), operated by FocusFlow ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

FocusFlow Planner is a digital planning tool that helps you manage your budget, schedule, goals, meals, fitness, outfits, and mood. The Service is provided as a Progressive Web App (PWA) hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure.

2. Accounts & Access

To access the planner, you must purchase access through our payment provider (Stripe) and verify your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under your login.

You must provide a valid email address. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account.

3. Pricing & Payment

FocusFlow Planner uses a two-part pricing model:

• One-time download fee (£29.99) — grants you permanent ownership of the planner. You may save it locally and use it offline.
• Monthly subscription (£4.99/mo or £6.99/mo) — covers cross-device sync, backup, and cloud hosting.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in GBP (£). We may change pricing for new users but your locked-in rate will not increase.

4. Founding Members

The first 14 "founding" testers receive free access to the planner with no download fee and no monthly subscription, locked in for life. Founding member status is non-transferable and limited to 14 accounts.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through Stripe. Upon cancellation:

• You will have a 7-day grace period to download/export your data.
• After the grace period, access to the cloud-hosted planner will be revoked.
• You retain ownership of the planner and may use any locally saved copy offline.

The one-time download fee (£29.99) is non-refundable after 30 days. If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.

6. Your Data

Your planner data is stored locally on your device. When sync is enabled, data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We do not sell, share, or use your personal planner data for advertising or analytics. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You retain full ownership of any data you enter into the planner. We do not claim any rights to your content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the planner
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The FocusFlow Planner, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by FocusFlow. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the planner for your own purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the planner without our written consent.

9. Availability & Updates

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.

The Service is currently in early access. Features may change, be added, or be removed as we develop the product based on user feedback.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FocusFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
